Advanced Instructional Design

The role of VET trainers is evolving, expanding, and that includes greater emphasis in instructional design principles.

This workshop will provide you with an update of the entire process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.

The facilitator will focus on principles of interactive learning, using projects, case studies, role-plays, instructional design for assessment-based program, using visual aids, and principles of providing feedback to learners.

Instructional design, at its core, is about solving problems by creating training solutions. You will walk away with a method, tools and ideas to tackle your next training design project, and produce engaging and relevant training programs.
